1.   False.  Any favorite food has a place in a healthy eating plan if eaten in moderation.
2.   True.  Nutrition authorities have found that small, healthful snacks, such as fruit, vegetables, whole-grain crackers, and low-fat cheese, provide nutrients you might miss at mealtime.
